The license record
Every row starts from the South Carolina Real Estate Commission. A licensee roster ordered by mail with a signed statement of compliance. The license record tells us who is licensed, the license type and status, and which brokerage the agent works under. Only active licenses go into the file.
Contact enrichment
Contact details in the state's records: Being confirmed.
Where a detail is missing, we add the business email and phone agents publish for clients on brokerage and agent websites that allow collection, then emails inferred from a brokerage's known address pattern, then matches from licensed data suppliers. Every row says which of these it came from.
Email verification
Every email in the South Carolina file passes through 2 independent verification services, and we keep only addresses both accept. Each email is re-checked within 30 days of the edition it appears in, and the check date is in the Last verified column. If more than the guaranteed share of emails hard-bounce on your first send, we replace them.
Legal limits in South Carolina
South Carolina law bars using personal information from a public body for commercial solicitation, so the state roster is not used as a marketing source. Before South Carolina is released, its sources are reviewed against state law.
Whatever the state, buyers must follow CAN-SPAM for email, the TCPA and Do Not Call rules for calls and texts, and our acceptable use policy.
Removal requests
Any South Carolina agent can ask to be left out with our removal form. We confirm by email, add them to a suppression list, and every future edition of the South Carolina file is checked against it before release.
