Illinois is dominated by the Chicago metro, one of the largest real estate markets in the Midwest, with active regional markets downstate. This file lists every active Illinois broker and managing broker in one spreadsheet, with name, license number, brokerage, office location, county, email and the phone numbers agents publish for clients. Every row starts from the state licensing record kept by IDFPR, including the original license date, so you can separate new brokers from long-tenured managing brokers. Filter by county to focus on Cook or the collar counties, or by license type to reach managing brokers who run offices.
Chicago and its suburbs hold most of Illinois' agents. The city itself has a large condo and multi-unit market, while the collar counties of DuPage, Lake, Will, Kane and McHenry are classic suburban single-family markets with strong schools-driven demand.
Downstate, Rockford, Peoria, Springfield, Champaign-Urbana and the Metro East area near St. Louis each have their own agent communities with lower price points and longer-tenured brokers.
Illinois licenses everyone as a broker or managing broker, so the managing broker designation is the clearest signal of who runs an office. Brokerages range from large Chicago franchises and cloud brokerages to small suburban and downstate firms.
The practical way to work Illinois is to separate the city of Chicago, the collar counties and downstate. Chicago agents handle many condo and multi-unit sales and respond to offers that help with association documents, inspections and attorney coordination. Suburban agents work single-family homes and school-district buyers, while downstate agents often value long-term local referral relationships.

Illustrative people and details. Every row in a real file is a licensed agent from the state record, with the same columns.
Every agent is assigned to a county from their office location. Cook County holds the largest share by far, followed by DuPage, Will, Lake, Kane and McHenry in the collar counties. Winnebago, Sangamon, Peoria and Champaign anchor the downstate markets, and Madison and St. Clair cover Metro East.
Metro filters cover the Chicago, Rockford, Peoria and Springfield metro areas in one click. The county and metro tables on this page show the breakdown before you buy.
If you serve only part of Illinois, filter the file rather than buying a smaller regional list. Counties such as Kendall, DeKalb, Kankakee and McLean have active agent communities of their own, and Metro East agents often work across the river in Missouri too.
All 102 counties are in the state file, with county and metro columns you can sort and filter on.

Every Illinois row follows the same layout as every other state, so files combine cleanly if you buy more than one. The Illinois file covers brokers and managing brokers, one row per licensed person.
IDFPR publishes professional licensing data that includes license type, status and original issue date for Illinois real estate licensees. That record is the backbone of every row. The state's public data does not include email addresses or phone numbers, and it lists location only to city and ZIP, so brokerage, office and contact details are added from brokerage agent pages and agents' own websites where allowed, from verified brokerage email patterns, and from a licensed data vendor. A blank cell always means the detail is not published. We never fill a gap with a guess.

Fill rates are for this edition of the Illinois file. A blank cell means the agent has not published that detail; we never guess.
Before you buy, download a free 100-row Illinois sample in exactly the same format as the full file. Emails, phones and surnames are partly masked, but every column is there, so you can check the fields, test an import into your CRM and judge the data for yourself. The sample is sent to your inbox, and it is the best way to see the fill rates and formatting before you commit.
The free 100-row Illinois sample opens with the file. Join the waitlist and we will send it to you the day it launches.
We pay 2 independent, third-party email verification services to check every address before it goes into a file. Not a one-off scrub when the list was built: every edition, every row. Addresses that fail are removed, so you never pay for them. And if more than 2% of your emails still hard-bounce, we replace them.

Every address is checked for a valid format and a domain that actually receives mail. Malformed addresses and dead domains are removed before anything else happens.

Each address is checked with the receiving mail server to confirm the mailbox exists, without sending an email. Mailboxes that no longer exist are taken out.

Spam traps, disposable inboxes and role accounts like info@ are filtered out, so the addresses you send to belong to real, individual agents.

Verification is not a one-off scrub when the list was first built. Every email is re-verified within 30 days of the edition you download.
The Illinois file is built for companies that sell to real estate agents.
In Illinois, lenders and attorneys target Cook and the collar counties, home inspectors and contractors reach suburban agents, and recruiters use the managing broker designation to reach the people who make hiring decisions.
A typical example: a Chicago real estate attorney filters the file to Cook and DuPage, keeps brokers at mid-sized independent firms, and sends a short series about attorney review and closing communication. A home inspector targets the collar counties, and a recruiter filters by managing broker to reach the people who run competing offices. Whatever you sell, short campaigns to a tightly filtered slice of the file almost always beat one large send to everyone.

How coaches & trainers use it →Buying a list is legal; how you use it is what the law regulates. For email, follow CAN-SPAM: use an honest sender name and subject line, include your physical postal address, give a working way to opt out and honor opt-outs within 10 business days. Business-to-business email to licensed professionals is allowed without prior consent under federal law, but your messages must still be relevant and honest.
For phones, the federal TCPA requires prior express written consent for autodialed or prerecorded marketing calls and texts to cell phones, so never put this file straight into an autodialer or a texting platform. Manual calls are safer, but scrub cell numbers against the National Do Not Call Registry first.
Illinois follows the federal TCPA and Do Not Call rules and adds state telephone solicitation rules, including an automatic dialing statute, so get consent before any automated calls or texts and scrub cell numbers.
Good list hygiene helps too: send from a domain you have warmed up, start with a small batch, remove hard bounces and unsubscribes straight away, and never re-add anyone who has asked to be left alone.

The Illinois file is a one-time purchase, priced by the number of licensed agents in the state, with no subscription required. If you also sell into Indiana, Wisconsin, Iowa, Missouri and Kentucky, add those states on the pricing page: several states cost the sum of their files, and never more than the USA bundle, which covers all 50 states and DC.
Want the file to stay current? Add monthly updates at checkout for 10% of the purchase price per month and cancel anytime. Updates add new licensees, change details for agents who move brokerages or switch email addresses, and remove agents who leave the business, so your outreach keeps reaching real people.

Illinois licenses brokers and managing brokers, with no separate salesperson license, so every agent in the file is a broker or managing broker. The license type column shows which agents are managing brokers responsible for an office.

Every row starts from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR), Division of Real Estate's licensing record. The state's public data does not include email addresses or phone numbers, and it lists location only to city and ZIP, so brokerage, office and contact details are added from brokerage agent pages and agents' own websites where allowed, from verified brokerage email patterns, and from a licensed data vendor. We never copy data from listing portals such as Zillow or Realtor.com.
The share of Illinois agents with a cell phone is shown in the fill rates on this page. Cell numbers come only from where agents publish them for clients or from a licensed vendor. Every number is labeled as mobile or landline, and you should scrub cell numbers against the National Do Not Call Registry before calling.
We publish a new edition every month. A one-time purchase is the edition current when you buy; monthly updates keep your file current after that, with new licensees added and departed agents removed each month. Every email in each edition is checked again by independent verification services before it ships.
Yes, if you follow CAN-SPAM: honest sender and subject, your postal address and a working opt-out. Business email to licensed agents does not need prior consent, but automated calls and texts to cell phones do under the TCPA. Our compliance page explains the rules in plain English.
Yes. Every file comes as CSV and XLSX with one row per agent and clear column headers, so it imports into HubSpot, Salesforce, Follow Up Boss, Mailchimp and most other CRMs and email tools.
Every email is checked before delivery, but no list is perfect. If more than 2% of the emails in your Illinois file hard-bounce on your first send, send us the bounce report within 30 days and we replace them with fresh records.
