Business emails and phones are added from brokerage and agent websites that allow it, from addresses inferred from a brokerage's known email pattern, and from licensed data suppliers. Each row carries its source and the date it was last checked. The sources page lists the regulator and access method for every state.

Each state page shows the count for its current edition once that state launches, along with how many rows have an email and a phone. States launch one at a time as they pass our quality checks; join the waitlist on any state page to hear when it opens.

Yes. Every active license type the state issues for practicing agents is included: salespersons, associate brokers and brokers. The License type column tells them apart, so you can filter to brokers or principals in one click.

It means we could not find that detail from a source we are allowed to use, or it failed verification. We never fill a gap with a guess, so a blank is honest. Fill rates for every column are shown on each state page and in the column dictionary.

Not at the moment. Every file has the same columns for every state, which keeps prices low and the data consistent. If you need a specific slice, buy the state and filter it, or email us and we will tell you whether the file covers it before you buy.

All major credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay where your browser supports them. Payments are handled by Stripe, so your card details never reach us. We email a receipt with every order.

Dialing by hand is generally fine for business calls, after you scrub the list against the National Do Not Call Registry. Autodialed or prerecorded calls and texts to mobile numbers need prior consent under the TCPA. You are the caller, so these obligations are yours.

No. Your license covers use inside your own business, including contractors who run your campaigns. Reselling, sharing or publishing the data is not allowed.

Every email is checked by 2 independent verification services before release. If more than 2% hard-bounce on your first send, send us the bounce report within 30 days and we credit replacement records.

Through our removal form or by email. We confirm the request and add the agent to a suppression list that every future edition is checked against, so they stay out for good.
