All sales final and bounce guarantee

Every file is a digital download, delivered the moment your payment clears, so all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. Before you buy, you can download a free 100-row sample of any state in exactly the same format as the full file.

If more than 2% of the emails in your file hard-bounce on your first send, send us the bounce report within 30 days and we will credit you replacement records. The guarantee is replacement data, not a refund.

Email support@realestateagentsemaillists.com from the address on your order within 30 days of your first send, with:

• your order number;
• the file and edition you sent from;
• the bounce report from your email platform, exported as CSV, showing each bounced address and the bounce reason;
• the date of the send and the number of addresses you sent to.

We check the bounced addresses against the file and reply within two business days. If the hard-bounce rate on your first send is over 2%, we add replacement records for every hard-bounced address to your dashboard: verified agents from the same state who were not in your original file, or, where the state has none left, a credit of the same value toward another file. One claim per file per edition.

A hard bounce is a permanent failure: the receiving server says the address or domain does not exist. Those count toward the guarantee.

These do not count:

• soft bounces, such as a full mailbox, a server that is temporarily down or a message that is too large;
• messages blocked or filtered as spam, rejected for your sending domain's reputation or authentication, or held by your own platform;
• addresses you edited, merged or added yourself, and sends to only part of the file chosen by engagement or other filters that skew the rate;
• sends more than 30 days after delivery of the edition, because agents change addresses every month.

The rate is hard bounces divided by the emails from our file that you sent to in that first send.

If a file fails to download or will not open, contact us and we will fix it or deliver it again.

A purchase is the edition current on the order date. Monthly updates are an optional subscription that adds each new edition to your dashboard. Cancel anytime and future charges stop; months already billed are not refunded, and you keep every edition already delivered.

Please talk to us before you dispute a charge with your bank. Most problems, such as a download that will not open, a duplicate payment or a bounce claim, are fixed within a day by email. If you open a chargeback, we suspend downloads and updates on that order while the dispute is open, and we send the bank our delivery records. If the bank decides in your favor, your license to that order's files ends and you must delete them. Disputes we win leave the order as it was.
