We email the address you entered to confirm the request came from you. Once confirmed, your name, license and email go on our suppression list. Every edition is checked against that list before it is published, so you are left out of the next edition and every one after it, including the monthly updates customers receive.

We keep only what we need to recognize you on that list, and nothing else. If you have more than one license or email address, send a request for each, or tell us in one email and we will cover them all.

Files customers downloaded before your request cannot be recalled. Our terms require every customer to honor unsubscribe and do-not-call requests, so if someone emails you, unsubscribing from their message stops them too.

California residents can ask to know what we hold about them, to correct it, to delete it and to opt out of its sale. This form covers deletion and opt-out at once. Californians can also use the state's Delete Act platform, which sends deletion requests to every registered data broker, and we process those requests the same way.

Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon and other states with privacy laws have similar rights, and we honor them for everyone, wherever you live.
