1. Business use only

Our files list licensed real estate agents in their professional role. Use them only to contact agents about their real estate business: services they use with clients, tools for their practice, recruiting, training and research. Do not use the data to contact agents about personal matters, to build profiles of individuals, or for anything covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act. This policy is part of our terms.

2. Email outreach and CAN-SPAM

Every commercial email you send must:

  • use honest From, Reply-To and routing information that identifies your business;
  • have a subject line that reflects the message;
  • say clearly that it is an advertisement, where it is one;
  • include your valid physical postal address;
  • include a working unsubscribe link or reply method that works for at least 30 days after sending;
  • stop emailing anyone who opts out within 10 business days, without charging them or asking for more than their email address.

Send from a domain you own with SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up, warm new domains gradually, and follow the rules of your email platform. Do not use the data with bulk-mail services that forbid purchased lists.

3. Calls, texts and the TCPA

The Telephone Consumer Protection Act restricts calls and texts to mobile numbers made with an autodialer or prerecorded voice, and texts are treated like calls. Before you call or text a mobile number with automated tools, get the consent the law requires. Manual, one-to-one calls about a business matter are lower risk but still subject to Do Not Call rules and state laws. Call only between 8am and 9pm in the agent's local time, identify yourself and your company at the start of the call, and record and honor every request not to be called again.

4. Do Not Call scrubbing

Scrub every phone number against the National Do Not Call Registry, the state lists that apply to you, and your own internal do-not-call list before calling, and repeat the scrub at least every 31 days. The data includes a phone type where we can tell mobile from landline, but the scrub is your responsibility.

5. No resale or republication

Do not sell, share, publish or give the data to anyone outside your business, and do not upload it to public directories, shared databases, list marketplaces or AI training sets. Contractors who run your campaigns may use it for you, under these rules. One license covers one business; a separate company in the same group needs its own.

6. Honoring opt-outs

Keep a suppression list of everyone who unsubscribes, asks not to be called, or tells you they have left real estate, and check every send against it, including future editions you buy. When we receive a removal request from an agent, that person is left out of every later edition we deliver, so subscribers get the benefit automatically. If an agent asks you where you got their details, tell them, and point them to our removal form.

7. Security of the data

Store the files where only the people who need them can open them, and delete copies you no longer need. Tell us at support@realestateagentsemaillists.com if the data is lost, stolen or shared without permission.

8. Enforcement

We investigate complaints about how our data is used. If we find a breach of this policy we may suspend downloads and updates, end your license without refund, and require you to delete the data. We cooperate with regulators and with agents who report misuse. To report misuse, email support@realestateagentsemaillists.com with the message you received.
