Real Estate Agent Email Lists

Realtor email lists for mortgage lenders

Purchase business starts with agents. Get every licensed agent in the counties you lend in, with business emails and phones, and build the referral relationships that fill your pipeline.

The fields mortgage lenders use most

Loan officers care about where an agent works and how established they are. County and years licensed let you find producing agents in your footprint; brokerage and specialties tell you who already works with first-time buyers or relocations.

How mortgage lenders work the file

Active agents by county, sorted by years licensed

Filter the file to your licensed counties, then sort by years licensed. Agents with three to fifteen years are usually busy enough to send deals and open enough to try a new lender. Agents in their first year need a lender they can learn from, which is a pitch of its own.

Finding the right agents

Start with your footprint. Filter County to where you are licensed to lend, then remove license types that do not take buyers. Agents with a few years behind them are your core list; brand new licensees are a separate, smaller campaign.

Building the first campaign

Lead with something useful, not a rate sheet. A short note offering fast pre-approvals, a weekend contact number or a co-branded first-time buyer guide gets replies. Keep it to one ask: a 15 minute call or a coffee.

Following up by phone

Agents answer their phones, especially mobile numbers. Call by hand a few days after your email, mention it, and offer the same single next step. Scrub the list against the Do Not Call Registry first, and do not use an autodialer on mobile numbers.

Measuring what works

Track replies, meetings and first referrals by brokerage. You will quickly see which offices respond, and a single referral partner can be worth more than the whole file. Add monthly updates if you want new licensees in your area each month.

Questions from mortgage lenders

Which agents should mortgage lenders start with?

Agents licensed three to fifteen years in your lending counties, at brokerages that do a lot of buyer business. Then run a smaller campaign for agents licensed in the last year, who often have no preferred lender yet.

Can I filter the file by county or years licensed?

Yes. Every row has County, County FIPS, Metro area, City and ZIP, plus First licensed and Years licensed. Filter in Excel or Google Sheets, or import and segment in your CRM.

How do I import the file into my CRM?

Use the CSV. It imports into Salesforce, HubSpot, Total Expert, Jungo, Shape and any other CRM that takes a CSV, and the headers stay the same every edition so you can save the field mapping.

Is it legal to email agents from this list?

Yes, for business-to-business outreach that follows CAN-SPAM: honest sender details and subject, your postal address, and an unsubscribe link honored within 10 business days. Your compliance team may add rules for loan marketing.

How often is the data refreshed?

Each state is rebuilt monthly. A purchase is the edition current on your order date; add monthly updates to get each new edition, including agents licensed since your last file.
