Data processing addendum

This addendum forms part of our terms and applies when you buy files or monthly updates from Real Estate Agent Email Lists. For the business contact data in our files, we and you are each independent controllers (or "businesses" under the CCPA): we decide how the files are built, and you decide how you use your copy. For the small amount of account and order information we hold about your staff, we act as controller under our privacy policy.

• Data subjects: licensed real estate salespersons and brokers in the United States.
• Data: name, license type, number, status and dates, brokerage, office address, county and metro area, business email, business or mobile phone where published, website, professional profile URL, designations, specialties, languages, and the source and last-checked date of each row.
• Not included: home addresses on purpose, consumer data, financial or health data, or any sensitive category.

You may use the data only for the business purposes allowed by our terms and acceptable use policy: contacting agents about their real estate business, recruiting, research and enriching your own records. You will not use it for consumer profiling, credit, insurance, employment or housing decisions, or resell or publish it. You will honor opt-outs and unsubscribe requests and keep your own suppression list.

We keep the data encrypted in transit and at rest, deliver files only through signed links that expire in minutes, protect accounts with one-time sign-in codes, restrict and log administrative access, and keep backups. You agree to apply measures appropriate to business contact data: access limited to the people who need it, storage in systems with access controls, and deletion of copies you no longer use.

We use these sub-processors to run the service:

• Cloudflare, Inc.: hosting, database, file storage and transactional email.
• Stripe, Inc.: payments and subscription billing.
• Google LLC: website analytics, where the visitor allows it.
• Independent email verification services: checking business email addresses in our files before release.

We will update this list before adding a sub-processor that handles file data, and customers with a signed addendum receive notice by email.

When an agent asks us to delete or stop selling their data, we suppress them in every future edition, and monthly update subscribers receive editions without them. If an agent contacts you about data you got from us, you handle the request for your copy and may refer them to our removal form. Each party helps the other with requests it cannot answer alone.

If either party has a security incident affecting the data that it must report under law, it tells the other without undue delay and shares what it reasonably can to help the other meet its own duties.

Your license to editions you bought continues after a subscription ends. If your license ends for breach or a chargeback, or you stop using the data, you will delete it and any copies, and confirm deletion on request. We delete account and order data under the retention periods in our privacy policy.

If your procurement or privacy team needs a countersigned copy of this addendum, or standard contractual clauses for transfers, email support@realestateagentsemaillists.com with your company's legal name and address. We return a signed copy within five business days.
