The license record

Every row starts from the New Hampshire Real Estate Commission. Name, license type, number and status on request. The license record tells us who is licensed, the license type and status, and which brokerage the agent works under. Only active licenses go into the file.

Contact enrichment

Contact details in the state's records: Not released.

Where a detail is missing, we add the business email and phone agents publish for clients on brokerage and agent websites that allow collection, then emails inferred from a brokerage's known address pattern, then matches from licensed data suppliers. Every row says which of these it came from.

Email verification

Every email in the New Hampshire file passes through 2 independent verification services, and we keep only addresses both accept. Each email is re-checked within 30 days of the edition it appears in, and the check date is in the Last verified column. If more than the guaranteed share of emails hard-bounce on your first send, we replace them.

Legal limits in New Hampshire

New Hampshire does not release licensee contact details without consent, so its records give names and licenses only. Before New Hampshire is released, its sources are reviewed against state law.

Whatever the state, buyers must follow CAN-SPAM for email, the TCPA and Do Not Call rules for calls and texts, and our acceptable use policy.

Removal requests

Any New Hampshire agent can ask to be left out with our removal form. We confirm by email, add them to a suppression list, and every future edition of the New Hampshire file is checked against it before release.
